Fundamental Care Plans

Affordability-based medical plans for employers with part-time, hourly, and seasonal workers. These plans can be customized and structured with affordable premiums and no deductibles.

Plan A

An employer-sponsored, level-funded, Limited-Day Health Plan for small employers and carve-out classes of larger employers. This copay plan pays at 100%, limits the number of coverage days, but offers near-comprehensive coverage for 30-40% less than the cost of other high-deductible plans.

Plan B

Allows employers the ability to offer voluntary and affordable options to their uninsured, part-time, and hourly workers. The plans provides coverage for basic medical expenses and offers significantly more coverage than current Minimal Essential Coverage (MEC) plans.
